UNCMUNC XVII registration is taking place in 3 stages, Early, Regular, and Late, providing delegations with some of the best value pricing on the circuit!
UNCMUNC XVII’s Secretariat would like to thank you so much for your interest in attending UNCMUNC XVII, the seventeenth iteration of the University of North Carolina Model UN Conference. UNCMUNC is hosted by the Carolina International Relations Association in Chapel Hill. As a reminder, UNCMUNC XVII will take place on November 19-22, 2026, on our beautiful campus. We would love to have you be a part of our conference!

Early window
Closes June 22nd, 2026
Delegation Deposit: $90
Delegate Fee: $95
Advisor Fee: $65
Payment for registration during this window will be due on Sep. 12th.
Regular window
June 23rd, 2026 - September 12th, 2026
Delegation Deposit: $100
Delegate Fee: $105
Advisor Fee: $75
Payment for registration during this window will be due on Oct. 21st.
Late window
September 13th, 2026 - October 21st, 2026
Delegation Deposit: $110
Delegate Fee: $115
Advisor Fee: $85
Payment for registration during this window will be due on Nov. 4th.
Independent Delegate Fee: $125 through all reg. windows
Delegation size Policy
Small delegations are those bringing 6 to 11 delegates to UNCMUNC XVII. If you are an independent delegate, you are still welcome to attend and will, of course, remain eligible for individual awards.
Large delegations are those bringing 12 or more delegates to UNCMUNC XVII.
In order to be considered for a delegation award, your delegation must bring at least 6 delegates to UNCMUNC XVII.
Your delegation size will be determined by the number of delegates who check in at the conference as opposed to the number that originally registered.

First time School Discount
Schools located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, D.C., and Maryland, as well as all Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) & Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) attending UNCMUNC for the first time, are eligible for:
