Depending on the date you request your change, you may still have to pay a portion of the fees for the dropped delegates. Increasing your delegation size will not result in a fee.

Any eligible fees will be refunded as laid out in our financial policy (found on our registration page).

Please note that appeals may be granted in exceptional circumstances. If your delegation is no longer able to attend UNCMUNC XVII after registering and submitting payment and would like to request a larger refund than outlined in the policy, please contact delegates@uncmunc.org and finance@uncmunc.org.
