Regular registration (September 22 - October 27)
School registration fee: $80
Delegate fee: $70
These fees cover the cost of the venue, supplies, and operating expenses for the conference. Lodging and transportation costs are not included.
Once your registration information has been received, our Chargé d'Affaires, Maddie Sorrell (firstname.lastname@example.org), will issue you an invoice for the conference. Please allow a few days for these to become available.
Delegations of all sizes are welcome! No restrictions shall be instituted as there are no required minimums or maximums that must be met.
We will be accepting payments via check and Square marketplace. All checks must be made out to the “Carolina International Relations Association” and sent to:

Withdrawals and Refunds
If your school withdraws from the conference before September 29, 50% of your fees will be refunded.
If your school withdraws from the conference after September 29, no refunds will be issued.
Please also note that if you have any vacant spots at the conference, those spots will not be refunded.
