Thanks for considering joining our Senior Staff team! While our positions are not highly time-consuming, you will be responsible for attending meetings and training sessions, completing background guides and other tasks. We promise the experience will be full of fun, growth, and unforgettable memories!

To help you stay on track, your assigned Under Secretary-General of Committees Assistance will communicate deadlines and expectations. Approval to perform a Senior Staff role at the conference will be granted upon completing these requirements. Plus, as a token of our appreciation, we have prepared some exciting incentives to recognize our staff's hard work and dedication.

We appreciate your dedication and look forward to working with you to make our conference successful.

We understand that speaking up can be intimidating, so we offer the option to keep things completely anonymous. This policy helps us create a positive and supportive environment, and we hope you will take advantage of this resource if you ever need it.
